The Fund for Local Cooperation (FLC) is a fund administered by the Embassy of Finland in Bangkok. In Cambodia, the Embassy is currently prioritizing projects related to protection of human rights defenders, and promotion of good governance and democracy.

The 2024 call for applications to UNESCO’s International Fund for Cultural Diversity is now open!

UNESCO recently launched the fifteenth call for applications to the International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD). Public institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from eligible countries, including Cambodia, are invited to submit their proposals, as well as international NGOs registered in countries that are Parties to the 2005 Convention.
